Luigi Speranza

Luigi Speranza was born in Naples, Italy.

After graduating from Roccaraso culinary school in 2001, he began his career as a Chef. He worked in restaurants around Europe before moving to NY in 2017. He worked as a chef & consultant for restaurants around the city.

In 2019, he opened “La Trafila,” a fresh pasta manufacturing company located in Brooklyn, NY where you can purchase from his wide range of pastas and pasta kits.
