Nicola Olivieri is the owner and Pastry Chef of the historic family business Olivieri 1882 in Arzignano (VI), which has been active for almost 140 years and is now a multi-award-winning bakery for the production of excellent leavened products and baked goods including pastries…


Chef Ciro Iovine

Pizza is more than a passion for Ciro Iovine; it’s a lifelong love affair that began in his early years, inspired by his pizza-maker brother. At the age of 13, a pivotal visit to a pizzeria ignited his fascination with the scents of mozzarella, flour, and tomatoes.


Chef Michele Luliano

Since working in his first restaurant Luzzo’s La Pizza Napoletana back in 2004, Michele Luliano has received many awards and accolades. With the success of Luzzo’s, Michele opened several other restaurants in New York including Ovest Pizzoteca and DaMikele.
