Born in Rimini, Luca grows up working summers at his family beach club where he developes his passion for hospitality.
After studying Industrial Engineering in Milano he moves to NYC where with his sister Giulia and Silvia, business partner and chef, opened LaRina restaurant in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
During the pandemic, he starts practicing pizza and bread making for the restaurant take out operation.
This is the start of the project Impasto, a pizzeria that opens in 2020 middle of pandemic, focused on pizza in teglia alla romana.
Impasto has now 2 locations, Clinton Hill and Park Slope and the group has growon with the opening of Briscola Trattoria and Osteria Radisa.
