Born in Pistoia, Tuscany, he’s the Chef and owner of the very famous L’industrie Pizzeria in Brooklyn, NY.

Massimo signature dishes include amazing pizzas, sandwiches and homemade burrata, which was declared by the New York Times as one of the city’s most essential dishes.

L’industrie does not have a set menu, their dishes instead, are created by things that inspire them. They keep it classic Italian by simply relying on good ingredients, no frills, and letting the ingredients speak for themselves.
