Nick Baglivo is the co-owner of L’Industrie Pizzeria, a celebrated New York-style establishment with locations in Williamsburg, the West Village, and Little Italy. Joining forces with founder Massimo Laveglia in 2018, Baglivo brought the local operational expertise needed to scale the business from a two-person team to a staff of over 80 employees.

A self-described “control freak,” he oversees daily logistics with an obsession for consistency, ensuring their high-hydration dough meets the same flawless standard from the first slice to the last.

His meticulous management has helped L’Industrie earn the highest honors in the culinary world, including Pizza Today’s 2026 Pizzeria of the Year, the No. 1 Slice in the United States by 50 Top Pizza, and the global Best Pizza Street Food title in Milan.
